How does it work?

  1. BOOKING YOUR SESSION

    Book your session in advance, make sure you have purchased your session.

  2. TIMING

    You'll have a 4-hour cancellation window prior to your session starting to cancel without losing your session.

  3. MEALS & FOOD INTAKE

    Sounds obvious, but just in case. We want you to have enough energy to get through the session strongly, so make sure you leave a clear one to two-hour gap after eating a meal to your session.

  4. PREPARE YOUR SPACE

    The routines we have created for you are there to be dynamic, ideally we want to have about 3 square meters of space around you just to be certain nothing will get in the way.

  5. MATERIALS & SAFETY

    Your safety is our primary concern in our sessions, make sure that you're not working out on slip rugs or carpet, if you're concerned about the space underneath you, you must tell your PT as soon as possible.

  6. BE COMFORTABLE

    Loose-fitting, cool or gym clothing is recommended for our sessions. In our testing so far, our team members are burning between 300 and 500 calories in a session, so you're going to get hot, and sweaty, which means....

  7. WATER & TOWEL

    Make sure a full water bottle is nearby for when you need it, make sure you take small sips during your session. As well as that, make sure you have a towel handy to wipe yourself down if you get super hot!

  8. DEVICE, BATTERY, WIFI AND SIGNAL

    If you know you're out and about and you're on 4G, you might be expending more data than normal, that goes for your battery too - make sure you're fully or nearly fully charged before your session starts.
